Blair Arcaini

Blair Arcaini is currently the Head of People & Culture at Switcher Studio. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of People Operations at Soundstripe from November 2018 to January 2022. In this role, they were responsible for advising the executive and leadership teams on all stages of the employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, learning and development, engagement and retention. Blair also cultivated a performance management philosophy and oversaw the remote employee engagement experience.

Previously, Blair was the Director of Customer Experience at Michael Hyatt & Company from October 2015 to October 2018. In this role, they were responsible for leading the customer experience team and improving customer satisfaction.

Before that, Blair was the Manager of People Leaders at Apple from October 2009 to October 2015. In this role, they oversaw the recruitment, development and retention of people leaders across the company.

Prior to their career in human resources, Blair worked as a designer at Little Diversified Architectural Consulting from May 2006 to October 2009.

Blair Arcaini graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree.
