Graham Poole

Graham Poole has extensive work experience in various HR leadership roles. Graham started their career at the University of Southampton, where they served as the Athletics Union President and later as the Students' Union President. Graham then worked at the BBC as an HR Case Manager, Business Analyst, and HR & Development Manager. After that, they joined Camelot Group Plc as an HR Business Partner and later became the Head of HR Business Partners, supporting Camelot's international activity. Graham also worked at Camelot Global as the Head of HR, where they led HR efforts for North American and European bids. Following that, they worked at Metro Bank (UK) as the Head of People Partners. Graham then joined Inchcape plc as an HR Director, responsible for various regions including APAC, New Markets, and LATAM. Currently, they are working as the HR Integration Lead at Sygnature Discovery. Moreover, they also volunteered at Yes Futures as a Coach, focusing on personal development programs for young people.

Graham Poole obtained a Diploma in Transformative Coaching from Animas Centre for Coaching in 2023. Graham also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel & Management from the University of Westminster. In addition, they earned a 2:1 degree in Archaeology from the University of Southampton, which they completed between 1995 and 1998. Graham Poole has additional certifications, including an ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation, obtained in April 2023, and a FIRO Certification from The Myers-Briggs Company, obtained in 2023.
