About the role As a Performance Marketing Lead you will lead the planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting of performance marketing initiatives to help drive traffic and maximize ROI across Paid Social channels.  You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a hands-on attitude, and be data-driven. You will always share fresh ideas for improving our Performance Marketing and driving improved return on investment and growth.     

What You'll Do!

  • Build and execute the end-to-end strategy for campaigns to support reach targets & channel performance-based goals.
  • Maintain campaign performance reporting, highlighting successes, failures, trends, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other growth and product functions to design, implement and analyze tests across all channels.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns across both online/offline channels.
  • Lead and own weekly budgeting and cost reporting for all performance and paid channels.
  • Identify new opportunities for Sylndr growth constantly.
  • Work with the stakeholders to steer the growth strategy and its execution around core topics.
  • Manage a significant marketing budget, optimizing for Group profitability through channel testing, marketing mix expansion, tactical adjustments, and strategic initiatives

Who You Are!

  • Proficiency in major platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads and TikTok.
  • Mastery of tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms.
  • Deep understanding of key performance metrics like CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPC (Cost Per Click), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), ROAS (Return On Ad Spend), and others relevant to your business goals.
  • Experience in designing and implementing A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements for better performance.
  • Familiarity with setting up and managing remarketing campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to continuously optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Understanding of mobile-specific marketing tactics, including app advertising, mobile-optimized ad formats, and responsive design principles for landing pages.
  • Basic understanding of content marketing principles and how they integrate with performance marketing strategies to attract, engage, and convert prospects.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate team members, provide guidance, and lead by example.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies, campaign concepts, and ad creatives
  • Dedication to understanding the needs and preferences of clients or customers.
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
