Sanja Djurkovic

Sanja Djurkovic is an experienced professional in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Lead and previously as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at symphony.is since April 2021. Prior to this role, Sanja worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Frontwise Group from July 2020 to April 2021 and as a Recruiter/Translator at Etra – LLC Skopje from March 2015 to February 2020. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Certified Translator at Zikol and as an Executive Assistant at ALPINE Bau GmbH. Sanja holds a Bachelor of Arts in Language Interpretation and Translation from the Faculty of Philology, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University, and a certification as a Translator for German and English from the Ministry of Justice in Macedonia. Additionally, Sanja possesses expertise in developing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, and managing hiring processes and metrics.
