Richard Bradbury

Richard Bradbury is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and transformation consulting. Currently serving as Principal at Synerga, which was co-founded with Chris Karopoulos, George Knight, and Mark Currie in May 2023, Richard is dedicated to delivering collaborative transformation and creating lasting value. Prior to this, Richard co-founded XpertiseNow in September 2019 and held prominent roles including VP and Head of Value Advisory APJ at SAP from June 2013 to May 2023, and GM Procurement Programs at Commonwealth Bank from April 2011 to May 2013, leading significant procurement initiatives. Richard's earlier career included positions such as GM Group Procurement at Commonwealth Bank, Global Lead - Sourcing Projects at ANZ, and senior management roles at NAB Group, as well as Head of New Technology at IAG.
