Kate Shrout is an experienced legal and compliance professional with a strong background in ethics and organizational governance. Currently serving as Executive Director and Deputy Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at Synopsys Inc., Kate has also held the position of Senior Director and Associate General Counsel in ethics and compliance. Previous roles include Director of Ethics, Investigations, and Anti-Corruption at ServiceNow and Counsel at Buckley Sandler LLP. Additionally, Kate has served as Chair of the Board of Directors for Make-A-Wish Greater Bay Area and worked as an Associate at Foley & Lardner LLP.
