Roger Hatrick-Smith

Roger is SBL’s virtual CFO providing a permanent but part-time service to the company. Through his company, VCFO Group Ltd, he supports all financial services needs including support for transactional accounting, monthly management accounting, and forecasting, year-end accounts and tax returns, and support for other areas including budgeting and capital raising. Roger is also SBL’s company secretary and attends Board meetings.
