Deborah Miller

Deborah Miller has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. Deborah began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Prism Placements, a subsidiary of Grant Thornton, where they worked from March 2011 to June 2015. From July 2015 to March 2017, they served as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in finance at HR Advance - Headhunting | Recruitment. Deborah then joined Teljoy Business Systems as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Financial Director from April 2017 to December 2017. Deborah then worked at Teljoy as a Recruitment and Training Officer from December 2017 to January 2018. Deborah then moved on to Swift Momentum - The Recruitment Firm, where they held the position of Senior Consultant from February 2018 to April 2019. Most recently, Deborah worked at Qualica Technologies as a Recruitment Manager from April 2019 to September 2019. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Talent at Synthesis Software Technologies since September 2019.
