Aviad Chen

Aviad Chen has extensive work experience in the field of cloud security and engineering. Aviad currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Sysdig, where they lead the CSPM Engineering department and manages teams across multiple locations. Prior to joining Sysdig, Aviad was the Director of Engineering at Apolicy.IO, Inc., where they built the Engineering team from scratch and played a crucial role in the company's acquisition by Sysdig. Aviad also has experience as a Group Lead and Senior Engineering Manager at SailPoint, overseeing full-stack agile teams and managing the software development life cycle. Aviad was also a Co-Founder and Full-Stack Developer at Whitebox Security, contributing to the development of their Data Access Governance product. Aviad began their career as a Security Integrator and consultant at XoR and Computer Associates before joining Mamram as a System Programmer and Security Expert.

Aviad Chen studied at Reichman University from 2007 to 2010 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
