Cynthia Stutsman

Cynthia Stutsman has a range of work experience in talent and leadership development roles. Currently, they are the Director of Talent and Leadership Development at Sysdig. Prior to that, they worked at Cohesity as the Director of Talent, Performance, and Learning, where they successfully implemented performance and learning programs. Before that, they held roles at Lumen Technologies, including Director of Talent Management and Social Responsibility, where they drove change initiatives and partnered on talent management strategies. Cynthia also served as the Director of Talent Development for Sales and Customer Success. Additionally, they have experience at CenturyLink as the Manager of Talent Development, focusing on onboarding and sales enablement training, and as a Global Enterprise Sales Manager. Cynthia has a strong background in sales and training and has achieved significant improvements through their programs and initiatives.

Cynthia Stutsman earned a Sociology degree in Communications from the University of Washington from 1999 to 2005. Cynthia also obtained a High School Diploma from Eastlake HS from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, they have various certifications including DISC Certification, Organization Design, Succession Planning, Korn Ferry Hub Certification, Pinsight Assessment Certification, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, and Savvis Certification.
