Justin Jernigan, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience. Justin'smost recent position was as the Director, HR Business Partner at Sysdig since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director, People Business Partner at Cohesity from April 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining Cohesity, Justin held the role of HR Business Partner at Cisco from November 2016 to April 2021. Justin also gained significant experience at Caterpillar Inc., where they served as an HR Consultant from June 2015 to November 2016, Production Recruiter from August 2014 to June 2015, Human Resources Generalist from September 2013 to July 2014, and Human Resources Associate from July 2012 to August 2013.
