Elver Naranjo

Elver Naranjo has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2013, they worked as a Teacher at Glory Christian School. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Sharepoint Specialist Tier 1 at GSK, where they handled advanced user support and troubleshooting. In the following years, from 2014 to 2016, Elver worked as a Learning and Development Specialist at Teleperformance Costa Rica, managing a team focused on leadership development and conducting selection processes and training programs. In 2016, they joined Kareo as a Manager of Workforce & Data Analytics, eventually becoming the Director of Reporting and Analytics from 2021 to 2022. From 2022 to 2023, Elver worked at Tebra as the Director of Customer Analytics. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics at Sysdig, starting in 2023.

Elver Naranjo has a degree in Ingenieria en Ciencia de Datos from LEAD University. In 2011 to 2013, they attended Word Bible College and obtained an Associate degree in Theology. Elver also has a Licentiate degree in Business Analytics and Big Data from Aden Business School. Additionally, Elver Naranjo has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including topics such as innovation, strategic focus, customer insights, leadership, critical thinking, and managing organizational change.
