Quinn Hodges

Quinn Hodges has a diverse work experience in the field of technical recruitment. They started their career as a Technical Recruiter at Blackstone Technology Group in 2008 and worked there until 2013. Following that, they joined Morpho Detection, Inc. as a Technical Recruiter for a brief period. In 2013, they joined AppDynamics as a Technical Recruiter/Talent Acquisition for Customer Success & Operations and later got promoted to Lead Principal Recruiter, leading the scaling and growth of the Professional Services, Customer Success, and Operations teams. In 2017, they joined Databricks as a Senior Technical Recruiter for Customer Success and eventually became the Lead Senior Technical Recruiter responsible for recruiting for the same department. Currently, they are working at Sysdig as a Senior Technical Recruiter, contributing to the company's mission of enabling companies to confidently run cloud-native workloads in production.

Quinn Hodges earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies from California State University, Chico, between 1992 and 1996. Prior to that, Quinn attended Harbor High, although the specific years and degrees obtained are unknown.
