Masoud Mehr

Masoud Mehr has a diverse work experience in the engineering and academic fields. Masoud currently holds the position of Lead Bridge Engineer at T.Y. Lin International since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at WSP USA as a Supervising Engineer and Senior Technical Principal from August 2015 to May 2022. In addition, Masoud worked as an Adjunct Faculty at the University of Connecticut in 2020 and as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the same university from August 2012 to July 2015. Before that, they held various roles at Tazand, including Lead Structural Engineer, Head of Structure Department from February 2009 to July 2012, Structural Engineer from January 2005 to January 2009, and Structural Engineer (part-time) from July 2002 to December 2004.

Masoud Mehr earned their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Civil Engineering from K. N. Toosi University of Technology in 2002. Masoud went on to complete their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Structural Engineering from the University of Zanjan between 2002 and 2004. Their education journey concluded at the University of Connecticut, where they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Civil Engineering in 2015.
