John Hall OAM has a extensive work experience in the aerospace industry. John Hall started their career in 1998 as a Quality Assurance Representative with the Directorate of Quality Assurance. John Hall then moved on to the F-111 Engines Business Unit in 1999, where they worked as a Quality Manager, Health, Safety, and Environment Manager until 2002. In 2002, they joined the Engines Business Unit as a Quality Manager, Health Safety, and Environment Manager until 2006.

From 2006 to 2010, John worked at TAE Aerospace as a Systems and Compliance Manager, and then as a Manager of Quality and Safety from 2010 to 2017. John Hall continued their career at TAE Aerospace as a Quality and Risk Manager from 2017 to 2018, Chief Quality and Compliance Officer from 2018 to 2019, and Chief Risk Officer from 2019 until their retirement in 2021.

After retiring, John returned to TAE Aerospace in 2021 as a Compliance Assurance and Risk Management Specialist. John Hall has proven to be an expert in aerospace risk and compliance and has played a crucial role in the success of various organizations throughout their career.

John Hall OAM has pursued various educational qualifications throughout their career. John Hall completed an Advanced Diploma in OHS, an Associate Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, a Diploma in Management, and a Diploma in Quality Assurance & Management. Additionally, they attended Noosa District High School for their secondary education.
