António Veloso

António Veloso currently serves as the Director of Product Management for AI Adoption and Digital Engagement at Talkdesk, where responsibilities include leading AI initiatives and defining strategies for a product team of approximately 100 members. Notable achievements include developing the Digital Engagement offering from inception to scaling it for hundreds of customers. Prior experience includes Project Manager Scrum Master at Decskill, and Head of Product Management roles at Oi S.A. and Portugal Telecom, where António contributed to significant growth and established new product portfolios. António holds an MBA from The Lisbon MBA Católica | Nova and degrees in Information Technology and Electrical and Computer Engineering.
