Tamanna Sharma has been working in the corporate sector since 2018. Tamanna started their career as an Associate - People Shared Services at Publicis Sapient where they single-handedly handled Technical, Soft Skills & Spotlight Training sessions with end-to-end coordination of the training, and worked on Service Now Tool for handling requests. In 2019, they joined Flexing It® as an Associate - Business Development and Operations. Currently, they are working with Talmix as a Customer Success Executive and Senior Associate - APAC. In their role, they are working with top tier consulting firms, top global payment companies & private equity firms and helping them find the best talent for their interim, project-based & permanent roles. Tamanna is also directly engaging with the client in understanding the needs of the role and matching the best candidates according to their needs, and providing the best talent to the client on urgent basis (24-48 hours as a timeline). Additionally, they are also screening the candidates as per the requirement and providing them end-to-end support throughout the process.

Tamanna Sharma obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies between 2015 and 2018. In April 2020, they obtained a Google Ads Display certification from Google.
