Lauren Leshefsky

Lauren Leshefsky is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator for the Tampa Bay Rays since July 2022. Previous roles include Gator Guest Service Ambassador at the University Athletic Association Inc., where responsibilities encompassed enhancing fan experiences at sporting events, and Talent Management Associate at UF RecSports, focusing on onboarding and student staff development. Additional experiences include a Staff Development and Training Internship with Special Olympics Texas, volunteer work with Aces in Motion, and participation in the Jewish Federation of North America Changemakers program. Lauren also possesses experience in promotional roles with the Texas Rangers Baseball Club and internships in sports management with Peak Sports MGMT. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management and a Bachelor's degree in Sports Studies from the University of Florida.
