Hannu Nieminen

Hannu Nieminen is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of General Procurement at Tamro Finland since May 2021, Hannu spearheads indirect procurement and develops procurement strategies in collaboration with procurement leaders from other PHOENIX countries. Prior to this, Hannu excelled as Senior Manager of Group Procurement at Fazer from September 2010 to March 2021, where notable achievements included creating and executing sourcing strategies that led to significant savings. In previous roles at Fiskars Group and GE Healthcare, Hannu developed expertise in sourcing strategies, supplier management, and quality assurance. Hannu's academic background includes a Master's degree in Materials Science with a focus on Electronics Production Technology from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
