Marcus Wilbers

Marcus Wilbers is the Chief Client Officer at Tandem HR. Marcus has over 20 years of experience in the human resources and employee benefits field. Marcus has a wide range of knowledge in HR, including healthcare reform, wellness programs, benefit plans, wage and hour laws, discrimination laws, disability laws, and employer policies. Marcus has a passion for helping employers thrive by minimizing their exposure to lawsuits and government investigations. Prior to their current role, Marcus served as the President of both J.W. Terrill and Harmony HR.

Marcus Wilbers is a graduate of Westminster College (MO), where they earned their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government. Marcus went on to attend the University of Missouri-Columbia, School of Law and earn their Juris Doctorate.
