Melissa M. White, PHR, SPHR has over 12 years of Human Resources experience. In 2022, they began their current role as VP & Head of Human Resources at TandemAI. From 2016-2022, they served as VP & Head of Human Resources at Accuity Delivery Systems, where they established the Human Resources department from the ground up and recruited industry leaders into key management roles. From 2013-2016, they worked at Westchester Health Associates as Acting Director- Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist, where they managed HR responsibilities such as employee benefits administration, onboarding, new hire orientation, talent acquisition, and due diligence for M&A. From 2010-2013, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Hudson River HealthCare, Inc., where they developed recruitment strategies and managed candidates through the job application, offer, and acceptance phases.

Melissa M. White holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Marist College, an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Dutchess Community College, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Herzing University. Melissa M. is also certified as a Professional Human Resources (PHR) and Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
