Jody Gilliam

Jody Gilliam has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Currently, they serve as the Director of Content Marketing at Tangoe. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Marketing Communications at Masergy from 2019 to 2022, where they were responsible for content creation and social media strategies. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing Consultant at EPIC Connections, Inc. in 2017. Jody has also held the position of Director of Marketing at Qualfon from 2013 to 2017 and worked as a Sr. Marketing Copywriter & Social Media Manager at TTEC from 2011 to 2013. Jody gained experience as a Marketing Copywriter & Pardot Manager at Digitech Systems from 2006 to 2011. Jody started their career as a Client Services/Marketing Assistant at EUCI in 2006. Jody has also worked as a Client Services Manager at Fernandez Group and as a Newspaper Reporter at Williamson County Sun.

Jody Gilliam holds a Master's Degree in New Media and Internet Marketing from the University of Denver, which was obtained from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their BA in English and Communications at Southwestern University from 1996 to 2000. Jody Gilliam also received their High School Diploma from St. Marys Hall in 1996, where they focused on Basic Skills and Developmental/Remedial Education.
