Ceri Buer-Winyard Assoc Cipd

Ceri Buer-Winyard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. They began their career as a volunteer at Beacon Hill Additional Needs School in 2012. In 2015, they joined Brunel University London as a Be Brunel Volunteer, where they facilitated various activities for visiting school students.

In 2016, Ceri had the opportunity to participate in insight days at State Street, gaining exposure to the marketing and HR departments. This experience helped them explore career options related to their psychology degree.

Moving into the field of human resources, Ceri worked at Aldwyck Housing Group as an HR Assistant for a brief period in 2017. Later that year, they joined DCK Group, starting as an HR Assistant and then progressing to the role of HR Advisor. They remained with DCK Group until 2021.

Currently, Ceri is working at Tapi Carpets & Floors, where they have held multiple positions. They started as a People Advisor in May 2021 and then became a People Partner in January 2022. Presently, they hold the position of Head of People.

Ceri Buer-Winyard Assoc CIPD completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Brunel University London from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, Ceri Buer-Winyard Assoc CIPD attended William De Ferrers from 2007 to 2014, where they earned their GCSE and A-Level qualifications.
