Hope H.

Hope H. has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Hope currently holds the position of VP of Federal Affairs & Strategic Partnerships at Target Hospitality. Prior to this, they worked at U.S. Customs and Border Protection as the Director of Congressional Affairs-Budget and Appropriations, and before that, as the Deputy Director Congressional Affairs-Budget and Appropriations. Further back, they served at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) as an Appropriations Liaison and previously as an HR Specialist in Employee Relations. Hope also gained experience at organizations such as the Merit Systems Protection Board, the Federal Bureau of Prisons, and Tarrant County CSCD (Adult Probation). Earlier in their career, they worked at Microsoft as a Regional Analyst.

Hope H. completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice at The University of Texas at Arlington from 2006 to 2008. Hope then pursued further education at the Satish & Yasmin Gupta College of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism from 2017 to 2019.
