Ronald Hoogkamer

Ronald Hoogkamer has extensive experience in production and management, currently serving as Production Manager at Tarkett since July 2019. Previously, Ronald held the position of Shiftleader at Den Braven Benelux B.V. from January 2018 to June 2019, overseeing daily operations, safety, product quality, and team development. Ronald worked at Mars from October 2012 to December 2017, where responsibilities included managing KPIs as a Linemanager and leading a project that implemented organizational changes in the supply chain, leading to cost savings. Prior to Mars, Ronald spent a decade at Tetra Pak, serving as an Allround Operator in offset printing and as a Project Leader for significant upgrades to printing stations. Ronald began the career at Koninklijke Drukkerij Em. de Jong bv. as an Allround Operator Printing and also completed military service in the Royal Dutch Navy. Education includes degrees in project management and graphic technology from various institutions.
