Margaret Baker

Margaret Baker is a Direct Hire Sourcer for Tarvos Talent, LLC. In this role, she specializes in sourcing top-tier talent to create a perfect match for companies and professionals. Prior to joining the Tarvos Talent team, Margaret worked as a district office coordinator. She quickly became a top recruiter in the company and decided to focus primarily on recruiting. Margaret recently graduated from the University of Oklahoma and achieved a BBA focusing on business management and economics. Margaret enjoys taking art classes at the local recreation center, trying new recipes, and taking her beagle, Nana, to Zilker park.
