Jon Hall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and project oversight across multiple industries. Currently serving as the General Manager and Investor Representative at Tasman Rope Access since February 2024, Jon previously held the position of Central Operations Manager and Investor Representative at Tasman Power, where responsibilities included overseeing operations across Australia and aligning other businesses with operational excellence requirements. Jon’s career includes notable roles such as Regional Manager at Altrad Services APAC and various managerial positions at Monadelphous, where Jon led operational, financial, and safety outcomes and coordinated multiple shutdowns. Jon began the career as a Crew Leader with Bechtel Corporation, showcasing a comprehensive background in scaffolding and safety culture development.
