Kothi Praveen

Kothi Praveen has extensive experience in the insurance and financial services sectors, currently serving as AVP of Strategic Initiatives and Digital Business at Tata AIA Life Insurance since June 2021, where responsibilities include digital business strategy and process improvements. Prior to this role, Kothi held the position of AVP - Product at HDFC Life, focusing on category management and efficiency improvements. Additional experience includes program management at Future Group India, strategic roles at DHFL General Insurance, and consulting at EY. Kothi began a career in bancassurance at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, progressing from a management trainee to manager. Kothi holds an MBA in Marketing and Banking from IBS Hyderabad and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
