Mike Snusz

Director of Nonprofit Customer Experience at Tatango

Mike Snusz has held a variety of roles in the nonprofit and corporate sectors. Mike began their career in 1999 as a Communication Specialist/Content Editor at Chek.com (now Synacor). In 2001, they became an Event Marketing Manager (Contractor) at Draft Worldwide, U.S. Marketing & Promotions, Team Marketing. In 2003, they took on the role of Sr. Event Coordinator, Mgr. of Corporate Partnerships at Roswell Park Alliance Foundation, where they led the turnaround of an at-risk peer-to-peer fundraising event. In 2007, they joined Blackbaud as a Sr. Team Lead, Customer Success Services, transforming retainer services from reactive, functionality consulting to strategic, outcome-driven consulting. Mike was later promoted to Principal Strategy Consultant, Customer Success Services, and built Blackbaud’s strategic consulting business from the ground up. In 2022, they joined Tatango as the Director of Nonprofit Customer Experience.

Mike Snusz holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Mercyhurst University.
