As Vice President of TCM, Mr. Grove oversees the business development and client relations efforts for TCM. He is responsible for ensuring all sales goals are met by identifying opportunities through a refined selection process. His focus is to provide customers with an unparalleled level of service in-line with TCM’s core values.Mr. Grove has 35 years of experience in project management, program management, and operations management. He began his career in industrial project engineering & management and over the years Mr. Grove has managed the operations, manufacturing, engineering, and quality assurance activities in a variety of Construction, Manufacturing and High-Tech applications. Since joining TCM in 2000 Mr. Grove has not only led TCM’s business development efforts but has managed and coordinated the field labor, project management and detailing as well as other miscellaneous operations activities within the company in addition to providing direct Project Management of both large and small construction projects.Mr. Grove holds a MBA in Business Administration from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Graduate School of Business Management and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology from Western Illinois University.
