Matthew Wilber has a long and successful career in the military and government services industry. Matthew began their career in 1998 as a Senior SIGINT Analyst, Senior Operator and Project Analyst for the US Navy's Navy Security Group Activity. Matthew was meritoriously promoted five times in seven years, and their annual evaluations were in the top 5% of all comparable peers. In 2005, they became the Bilateral Direct Support Team Lead and Project Manager for the US Navy's Navy Information Operations Center Georgia. In this role, they developed a new global operations sourcing team in coordination with key stakeholders to provide continuous improvement of organization processes, leading and training 40 operators. In 2009, they became the Recruit Division Commander and Program Manager for the US Navy's Recruit Training Command (RTC). In this role, they were responsible for the in-processing, mental and physical development of 500 US Navy recruits annually. In 2011, they became the Operations Department Manager and Program Manager for the US Navy's USS McFAUL (DDG-74). In this role, they produced a streamlined operation that was acknowledged to be the most successful out of four units deployed, and they were awarded an efficiency award for safety, internal and environmental policy compliance. In 2014, they became the Program Manager and Senior Enlisted Leader for the National Crytpologic Schoolhouse (NCS). In this role, they refocused staff on core business functions, eliminated inefficiencies, and provided thought leadership to drive completion of 220 high-quality client deliverables while managing client relationships. In 2018, they became the Senior Technical Consultant and Deputy Program Manager for SAIC. In this role, they developed, coordinated, and monitored seven Project Plans governing Electronic Warfare training totaling 3,700 curriculum hours. In 2019, they became the Director of Government Sales for HigherEchelon, Inc and Program Manager for the U.S. Army CCoE. In this role, they were a high-energy Business Development leader who independently hunted, closed, and grew solid client relationships with several Fortune 500 companies. In 2021, they became the Director of Business Development and Program Manager for Team Carney, Inc., and the Program and Capture Manager for Hui Huliau. In these roles, they provided Capture expertise to H2's Government Sales sector, tracked strategic and high-dollar targets, provided overarching account strategy, and managed opportunities throughout the entire BD lifecycle.

Matthew Wilber attended the Community College of the Air Force from 2014 to 2018, where they earned an Associates degree in Educational, Instructional, and Curriculum Supervision.
