Michele Nelson has over 25 years of professional work experience. From 2014 to present, they have been the Director of Operations at Team WTI, where they are responsible for payroll, HR management, new client onboarding, project management, accounts receivables and payables, service sales and audits. Michele is proficient with QuickBooks Online, iSolved payroll, Centreli PTO manager, Microsoft 10, customer communications, financial reporting in Excel and Google, and supply orders. From 2012 to 2014, they were the Owner Operator of Bella's Wild Flour Bakery, a home bakery creating and providing delicious "made to order" desserts and treats of all types. From 2004 to 2012, they were the Trust Administrative Assistant at Central Bank IL Trust Division, where they assisted Trust Officers with account management, was proficient with Windows 7, balanced financial accounts, kept records, assisted customers with daily needs, handled accounts receivable and accounts payable, settled security trades, transferred securities, opened accounts, and handled customer communications. From 1997 to 2004, they were the Office Manager at The Longaberger Company. From 1992 to 1997, they were the Office Manager at First United Methodist Church of Geneseo.
