Hugo Silva

Hugo Silva is an experienced sales leader currently serving as the Head of Sales at Teamwire since November 2023, directing a talented sales team with the vision of becoming the communication platform for mobile workforces. Prior to Teamwire, Hugo was the Global Director of Channel Sales at AnyDesk Software GmbH from July 2021 to October 2023, where responsibilities included establishing a worldwide channel sales organization and launching a global partner program. Earlier roles included Channel Sales Manager and Senior Inside Sales Representative at TeamViewer, where Hugo built and maintained relationships with C-level executives across EMEA and played a key role in developing the channel sales team in APAC. Additional experience includes positions as Sales Director at IndulSearch and Optimarea, and earlier work in electric cable assembly. Education includes pursuing an MBA at ThePower and a background in Business Administration and Management.
