Trevor Groves

Trevor Groves has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Trevor is currently working at Tebra as the Senior Director of Product Operations & Portfolio Management, a role they started in March 2023. Prior to this, Trevor worked at Oracle as the Director of Strategic Initiatives, where they led a team on high visibility projects focused on revenue growth, new market and product introduction, cost optimization, process improvement, and customer success. Trevor also held the position of Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives at Oracle. Before joining Oracle, Trevor served as the Manager of Strategy & FP&A (Software Developer Tools - Private Equity) at Perforce Software. Trevor began their career as an Associate Consultant at SSA & Company, a management consulting firm, and later worked as a Senior Consultant, Associate Analyst, and Consultant at Hitachi Consulting, specializing in management and IT consulting. Trevor's work experience also includes an internship as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer at Hach Company, a water testing equipment manufacturer.

Trevor Groves obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Colorado State University, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Certified OKR Foundation certification from the OKR Institute in January 2023.
