About the Role

You will support and help scale our sales organization and be a driver of revenue growth. Working closely with sales leadership, you will ensure sales goals are met, we have efficient and scalable sales processes in place, and we’re defining a path for short-term and long-term growth. In addition, you will manage key revenue operations priorities such as incentive plan administration, quota / target setting and tracking, and sales tech stack administration.  

Your Area of Focus

  • The Revenue Operations Manager will be instrumental in translating our board goals into actionable strategies for our sales teams. Specifically, this person will lead a team to help our Sales VPs and CRO to help drive key initiatives that are transformative for our overall business.
  • This is a role that is both strategic and operational in nature. This person will spend time understanding the key drivers of our business and developing strategies to enable growth, and also getting hands-on implementing those strategies working with our cross-functional partners in finance, business systems, HR, marketing and customer success.  S/he will also have two direct reports who manage the sales commissions process in addition to handling day-to-day operational issues. 
  • Alongside their responsibilities in helping to guide the organization strategically, the Revenue Operations Manager will also assist with company-wide priorities such as setting sales quota, forecasting and compensation administration, and process improvement. They will work closely with GTM leadership to ensure that appropriate objectives and priorities are set and there is alignment across the Sales organization as a whole.

Your Professional Qualifications

  • You have 8-10 years of experience in an analytical role and strong attention to detail
  • You are self-motivated and enjoy working in a dynamic and results driven environment
  • You have managed a small team and are good at motivating team members and keeping them challenged and excited about their roles
  • You thrive in an environment where you split your time between managing and owning specific projects that require strong hands on individual contributor skills
  • You are a structured problem solver with excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • You have experience optimizing go-to-market teams for growth with strong project management skills
  • You have a track record of partnering with leadership teams to set strategy and drive change initiatives
  • You have a proven track record of helping teams hit and exceed goals
  • Healthcare and SaaS experience ideal but not required
  • You have demonstrated expertise working with Salesforce or other reporting tools
  • You have experience working with large data sets and complex data architecture 
  • Microsoft Excel and Google Suite proficient
  • Experience with commissions tools (e.g. SPIFF, Xactly), Salesforce CRM, and other data science and analytics tools like Alteryx and Tableau.

$125,550$153,450 USD
