Syeda Rafia Islam Lopa's work experience begins in 2018 when they were a Management Officer at Dimik Computing & Dimik Prokashoni Ltd. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing and onboarding candidates for the company's departments.

Syeda Rafia then interned at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, L.P. where they worked in the HR department to successfully conduct the Gratuity Voluntary Resignation of employees in the pharmaceutical department.

Following this, Lopa worked at grow n excel as an HR Trainee, where they were involved in headhunting, job posting, and communication with candidates. Syeda Rafia then became an HR Associate at the same company, where they continued to handle headhunting and shortlisting of candidates.

In 2020, they joined Evaly as a Senior Executive Human Resources, overseeing the recruitment process. Syeda Rafia stayed with the company until 2021.

Currently, they are working at Tech One Global Ltd as a Senior HR Executive, People & Culture, overseeing HR operations for the Bangladesh & Nepal region.

Syeda Rafia Islam Lopa's education history begins with their completion of a Master's in International Human Resource Management (MIHRM) from United International University, which took place from 2021 to 2023. Prior to this, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the same institution in 2020. Syeda Rafia'sundergraduate studies were focused on Human Resources Management as well, as they earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree from United International University from 2014 to 2018.

Before pursuing higher education, Syeda Rafia Islam Lopa completed their higher secondary studies at Dhaka City College from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained their HSC qualification in the field of Business/Commerce. Syeda Rafia began their academic journey at Junior Laboratory High School, where they completed their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) in the field of Business/Commerce from 2009 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Syeda Rafia Islam Lopa has also obtained several certifications. Syeda Rafia acquired the "Communication Skills for Business (CSB) - Professional Communication" certification from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business in October 2022. In January 2022, they obtained the "Code of Conduct" certification from Tech One Global Ltd. In 2017, they completed the "Leadership Excellence and Development" certification from LEAD (LEADERSHIP EXCELLENCE & DEVELOPMENT).
