Mary Overton

Mary Overton has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Mary most recently worked at TechCongress as an Operations Associate, where they started in September 2022. Prior to that, they were a Research and Policy Fellow at TechCongress from January 2022 to August 2022. Before joining TechCongress, Mary was a Research Intern at the same organization from September 2021 to January 2022.

In 2021, Mary briefly worked at Friends of the Earth as a Search Engine Optimization Associate for a month in September. In 2020, they co-founded Moody Girl World™ and served as a Co-Founder from July 2020 to February 2021.

Mary also has experience in the fashion industry, having worked as a Muse at kate spade new york from September 2019 to December 2019. Additionally, they worked as an Opinions writer at The GW Hatchet from February 2018 to July 2018.

Mary Overton completed their high school education at Tamalpais High School, earning a High School Diploma from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Punahou School from 2010 to 2013, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. Mary then pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science at The George Washington University from 2017 to 2021.
