Robert Rickard

Robert Rickard, MBA has extensive experience in operations and management. Robert is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Tedia Company, Inc. Prior to this, they held the position of General Manager Operations at a private company. Robert also worked as a Focus Factory Plant Manager at BD and as a General Manager at another private company. Robert gained valuable experience as a Site Manager at Integra LifeSciences. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at BD, including Business Unit Manager, where they achieved significant cost savings and process improvements. Robert also worked at Covidien (Medtronic Minimally Invasive Therapies Group) as a Production Manager, Distribution Manager, Production Superintendent, and Production Supervisor, where they implemented various initiatives to drive efficiency and improve productivity. Robert Rickard, MBA, obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Miami University from 1986 to 1992. Robert later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Mississippi State University between 2010 and 2014. In addition to their educational background, Robert also holds certifications as a 6 Sigma Green Belt from Covidien, obtained in April 2006, and in Lean Manufacturing from the University of Kentucky.
