Bhanu Sharma

Bhanu Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as President and Global Head of HR at Tega Industries since August 2021. Previously, Bhanu held several key positions at JSW Energy Ltd from December 2010 to July 2021, including Head of Talent for the Renewable Business and Head of HR for various divisions, where significant achievements included the design and implementation of the Mission 10K organizational transformation project, cultural transformation initiatives, and comprehensive employee engagement and capability-building programs. Bhanu's earlier experience includes roles at Philips Consumer Lifestyle as a project intern and at Express KCS, where Bhanu managed projects and developed software solutions. Bhanu holds a PGDM in Business Management from Management Development Institute, along with degrees in Computer Applications and Science from Apeejay Institute of Management and Technology and Panjab University, respectively.
