Customer Representative Experience at TekSavvy

Georges Francis began their work experience in 2006 at Byblos Bank Group as a Customer Service representative. Georges then moved on to work as an Insurance Agent at Allianze in 2013. In the same year, they also worked as a Finance, HR, and Administrative Officer at Médecins Sans Frontières (Switzerland) until 2015. In 2015, Georges became a Leader and Co-founder of G2G Group, a tutoring organization aimed at bridging the generational gap. Georges held various roles within the group, including Team Coordinator and Teacher, until 2018. In 2019, Georges joined TekSavvy Solutions Inc. as a Customer Representative Experience and interned with their Service Delivery Team. In 2020, they transitioned to the Fibre Optic Team before leaving the company in 2021.

Georges Francis holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Lebanese University, which they pursued from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained another Bachelor's degree in Economics from Damascus University, studying between 2000 and 2005. Taking their education further, they also obtained additional certifications, including the "Verified International Academic Qualifications" from World Education Services in December 2020, and "Data Science: R Basics" from HarvardX in November 2020.
