Aton Holzer

Aton Holzer has extensive experience in the field of dermatology, specializing in MOHS surgery. Aton is currently working as a MOHS Surgeon at Alliance Dermatology Associates, Advanced Dermatology PC, and Metropolitan Dermatology. Aton previously held the position of Mohs Surgeon at Burke Dermatology, Riverchase Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery, Skin and Cancer Associates, Tel Aviv Medical Center, and The Methodist Hospital System. Aton Holzer also completed a fellowship in Procedural Dermatology/Mohs Micrographic Surgery at The Methodist Hospital System and served as a Dermatology Resident Physician at UAB Hospital. Aton began their medical career as an intern at New York Presbyterian Hospital, where they worked in the Department of Medicine.

Aton Holzer obtained a BA and MA in Biology and Modern Jewish History from Yeshiva University from 1995 to 2000. From 2001 to 2005, they earned an MD with Honors in Research from Cornell University. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including being Board Certified in Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery from the American Board of Dermatology in 2021, becoming a Fellow Member of the American College of Mohs Surgery in 2015, and being Board Certified in Dermatology from the American Board of Dermatology in 2010.
