Jon Nisper

Jon Nisper has extensive work experience in various engineering and leadership roles. Jon is currently the Director of Engineering - Optical Systems Group at Teledyne Technologies Incorporated. Prior to this, they worked at II-VI Aerospace & Defense, where they held the positions of Vice President of Business Development and Director of Business Development. Jon also served as the Director of Optics at Adlens and Vice President of Technology at News Corp. Earlier in their career, Jon held roles such as Director of Research & Development at X-Rite, Director of Engineering at Federal Signal Corporation and Magna International, Senior Optical Engineer at Robert Bosch Corporation, Senior Optical Engineer at Lockheed Martin Corp, and Laser Optical Engineer at Boeing - Rocketdyne.

Jon Nisper attended the University of Michigan from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a BSEE degree in Electrical Engineering. Jon then went on to study at the University of Central Florida from 1987 to 1989, specializing in CREOL-Optics.
