Senior Software Developer at Telenor Linx

Otto Paulsen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Otto started their career in 1998 as a Senior Software Engineer working for Pride ASA, where they were responsible for developing software solutions for Statoil ASA. In 1999, they joined Statoil as a developer, architect, and later as a Scrum Master, working on logistics and software systems for gas operations. Otto worked with Statoil for 12 years before moving on.

In 2012, Otto joined ExproSoft as a Scrum Master and Solution Architect, where they facilitated strong collaboration between management, business experts, and developers. Otto then moved to MARINTEK in 2013 as a Scrum Master before returning to ExproSoft in 2014 as a Business Analyst and Solution Architect. In this role, they led the development of a new software called WellMaster for reliability analysis of well and subsea components.

Otto's next role was as an R&D Manager at AKVA group Software AS, where they successfully managed research and development projects from 2017 to 2019. Following this, they joined Telenor Digital in 2019 as a Software Developer, and is currently working there. Starting in November 2022, they will assume the position of Senior Software Developer at Telenor Linx.

Otto Paulsen obtained a degree in Economy and Marketing from Sør-Trøndelag University College (HiST) from 1992 to 1993. Prior to that, from 1987 to 1991, they attended the same university college and pursued a degree in Software Development + Business Economics, although the specific degree obtained is not mentioned. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the "Selenium Essential Training" from LinkedIn in March 2020 and completed the "Vue.js: Full-Stack Applications with Firebase" course from LinkedIn in January 2020.
