Estelle Wienk is a seasoned professional in digital transformation and innovation, currently serving as SVP of Digital Transformation and GenAI Innovation at Teleperformance. Previously, Estelle held various roles at Majorel, including Sr. Manager of Global Client Solutions - Research & Solutions, Offering & Design, Global Account Manager, and Global Research and Solutions Manager for the EMEA region. Estelle's experience also includes positions as Global Social Media Consultant and Business Development at Arvato CRM Solutions, alongside earlier roles in social media consulting and management training at EVG Start and SB Talent. Estelle holds a Master's degree in Communication Science, focusing on Media Entertainment and Popular Culture from the University of Amsterdam, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Taal- en Cultuurstudies with a concentration in Communication from Utrecht University.
