Shay Kushman Pagán

Shay Kushman Pagán, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Teleperformance since August 2020, leading employee relations, HR compliance, HR transformation, and global mobility initiatives. Notable achievements include implementing automation resulting in $6 million from Work Opportunity Tax Credits and enhancing employee experience through global projects. Prior to Teleperformance, Shay held various HR roles at STARTEK from June 2014 to July 2020, including Human Resources Director and Regional Human Resources Manager, where significant contributions were made to team performance and talent acquisition initiatives. Shay’s earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Business Partner at Titan America from September 2012 to April 2014. Shay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Columbia Southern University.
