Rob Callahan

Rob Callahan has a diverse and extensive career in human resources. Currently, they serve as the Director of Human Resources at TeleSpecialists. Prior to this role, they worked as the Division Human Resources Manager at Schwan's Company for almost eight years. Before that, Rob had their own HR consulting firm called MyHR Consulting, where they worked as a Principal. Additionally, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Naturipe Farms and as a Regional HR Business Leader at GMAC ResCap. Throughout their career, Rob has gained valuable experience in various HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.

Rob Callahan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and English from Flagler College. Rob attended the college from 1984 to 1988.
