Karolina Gaj

Karolina Gaj has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in various roles and organizations.

Karolina currently works at Teleste as a People and Culture Manager since April 2023. Prior to this role, they served as an HR Manager from January 2022 to March 2023, and as an HR Business Partner from April 2018 to January 2022.

Before joining Teleste, Karolina worked at Krajowy Rejestr Długów Biuro Informacji Gospodarczej SA as an HR Business Partner from August 2016 to March 2018. Karolina also worked as a Clerk at the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) from June 2009 to March 2010, and as an Eastern European Consultant at Heads Recruitment Ltd from June 2007 to December 2008.

Karolina Gaj obtained their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Law and Administration from Nicolaus Copernicus University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Karolina then pursued a Diploma Course in Human Resources at Oxford College ODL from 2006 to 2009. In 2010, Karolina completed a course in HR/Payroll Specialist offered by Accountancy Society. In 2013, they attended the University of Technology and Economics for a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management.
