Kathryn Ramsey

Co-head Children's Lung Health Team at Telethon Kids Institute

Kathryn Ramsey's work experience begins in 2013 as a Research Associate at the Telethon Kids Institute. Kathryn then worked as an NHMRC CJ Martin Biomedical Research Fellow at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from January 2015 to July 2017. In 2017, they became an Ambizione Research Fellow at the University of Bern. Currently, Kathryn is the Co-Head of the Children's Lung Health Team at the Telethon Kids Institute, a position they have held since January 2021.

Kathryn Ramsey began their education at Curtin University in 2003, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Human Biology. Kathryn successfully completed their degree in 2005. Subsequently, they enrolled at The University of Western Australia in 2007 and graduated in 2008 with an Honours degree in Physiology. Kathryn continued their academic journey at the same university, pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Respiratory Physiology from 2009 to 2013.
