Xander Maas

Xander Maas has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2013, they started as a Studio and Production Intern at Marmalade Music. In 2016, Xander co-founded Lightbulb Collective Games, where they served as a Producer and Audio Designer until 2018. In the same year, they also established their own business, Maas Audio, where they worked as the Owner, Audio Engineer, Music Producer, and Sound Designer. In 2019, Xander founded Podcast Op De Zaak, which they led until 2021. Additionally, they worked at Tellow, initially in a Tech Support / Customer Success role from June 2021 to August 2021 and from August 2021 to October 2021. Xander then progressed to the position of Customer Success Lead from November 2021 to January 2023. Currently, Xander holds the role of Head of Operations at Tellow.

Xander Maas began their education at Jeroen Bosch College from 2005 to 2010, where they earned their HAVO degree. Following that, they attended the Conservatory of Haarlem from 2010 to 2014 and obtained a Bachelor of Music in E-Musician. During their time at the conservatory, Xander specialized in various subjects, such as producing, mixing, engineering, recording, composing, arranging, sound design, and game audio. In addition to their formal education, Xander Maas also obtained additional certifications. In 2016, they completed the Summer Game Dev Certificate of Completion from Dutch Game Garden, and in 2020, they completed the Customer Validation Program offered by BRAVENTURE.
