Walyo Utomo is currently working as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Telmark Indonesia since January 2023. Prior to this, Walyo worked at Shopee as a Customer Operations Quality Assurance from January 2021 to October 2022. Before that, Walyo had experience as a Customer Service Agent at PT Bina Talenta and as a Customer Service Representative at PT VADS Indonesia. Walyo holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Civil Engineering from Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, obtained between 2009 and 2013. Throughout the career, Walyo has gained expertise in analyzing service quality, creating agent performance reports, conducting calibrations, validating articles as customer handling guidelines, and providing coaching to agents.
